Restaurant General Manager

Restaurant General Manager required for an outstanding contemporary restaurant based on the outskirts of London. Part of an established independent luxury hotel, this restaurant is a relatively new concept that was launched and has been a huge success over the last two years. Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Restaurant GM to oversee all aspects of the 100-cover restaurant. The role requires a "mein host" approach, leading the team from the front and creating an unforgettable experience to the guest. This position will lead a dedicated team of 15 working in the restaurant, which includes two assistant managers and a team of supervisors. Working closely with the hotel manager, there will be additional responsibilities to managing the budget and with a particular focus to payroll. The is an opportunity to work for a high-end quality restaurant, that has the backing and support of well known and respected hotel business. Our client requires a restaurant GM who has gained excellent experience of managing a quality restaurant, and who demonstrates a genuine passion towards managing a restaurant business.
