You'll be the driving force behind the day-to-day service, long-term development, and commercial success of this high-profile site. You will lead a flagship site where hospitality meets education and commercial events and bring your leadership to a contract that demands quality, innovation, and commercial savvy. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of 30 to deliver all catering & hospitality services across the school and commercial events. Build and maintain a strong, collaborative relationship with the client. Champion innovation, bringing fresh ideas to both the education and events side of the business. Manage the contract's financial performance, operating within a £1.5–£2 million budget. Monitor performance, identify trends, and take decisive action to improve service and profitability. Maintain high standards for all hospitality offerings and corporate/private events. Identify and develop new commercial opportunities to enhance revenue and reputation. What We're Looking For Proven experience in contract catering, ideally in education, hospitality, or multi-service environments. Strong financial acumen & experience managing budgets of £1.5 M. Demonstrated success in leading large teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting. Confident communicator with strong client and stakeholder management skills.
