Live-in accommodation available Your Role as Sous Chef: * Lead kitchen operations alongside the Head Chef, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation * Oversee stock control, ordering, and cost management within budget guidelines * Maintain up-to-date menu knowledge, contributing ideas for seasonal offerings * Ensure portion consistency, food safety, and adherence to health regulations * Inspire and mentor junior chefs, fostering a positive and efficient kitchen environment What We're Looking For: ? Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-quality kitchen ? Recognised culinary qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds) ? Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (Basic Food Hygiene Certificate required) ? Exceptional leadership and communication skills ?
