Chef De Partie Hotel

In the beautiful resort of Sidmouth in East Devon, the Royal York & Faulkner Hotel is a third-generation family run hotel. We are seeking a talented and experienced chef to join the team in preparing a menu of freshly produced British & European cuisine for 120 covers. Applicants will be able to rotate through all sections of the kitchen. Excellent working conditions and salary negotiable based on experience. Good double en suite live-In accommodation available. Full time year round position. 5 day week, shifts 8.00 am -2 .00 pm (1/2 hour break) & 5.30- 8.30 pm. Total 42.5 hours. Minimum 2 years experience & references required. AMRT1_UKCT
