We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join the brigade of a vibrant and much-loved Michelin-starred neighbourhood restaurant in the heart of Mayfair . This is an incredible opportunity for a passionate chef looking to work at the highest level with a forward-thinking and dynamic kitchen team. About the Restaurant: 1 Michelin Star – casual fine dining concept with bold Mediterranean and Spanish flavours Creative sharing-style dishes built around seasonality and technique Focus on premium produce: open-fire cooking, in-house whole animal butchery, dry-aged meats, and line-caught fish Service for up to 100 covers per lunch and dinner, with a fully open kitchen The Role Offers: £38,000 - £39,000 per annum (according to experience) A structured rota of 2 double shifts and 3 singles Opportunity to work with a highly skilled team and a forward-thinking Head Chef Strong support for professional development in a thriving, award-winning kitchen Ideal Candidate: The successful Chef de Partie will bring a solid background in Michelin-starred or AA Rosette establishments. You should be passionate about high-end cooking, have a strong work ethic, and enjoy being part of a collaborative and creative team. Precision, reliability, and a genuine love of great food are key.
