About the Role: As a Sous Chef, you will play a vital role in supporting the Executive Chef and the Head Chef in delivering the highest standards of food and service. You will have the opportunity to work with top-quality ingredients, ensuring every dish reflects the restaurant's commitment to seasonal, modern British cuisine. The ideal Sous Chef Fine Dining Exposure: The ideal Sous Chef will have experience in a fine dining kitchen, ideally in a similar modern British cuisine Passionate About Food: You must have a true passion for food, be excited by food trends, and enjoy creating memorable culinary experiences, as your ideas will be listened to when planning the dishes Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a similar, ideally Rosette restaurant Team Player: A strong team ethos and a positive attitude towards collaboration and training are key.
