Pastry Chef de Partie

We are looking for a pastry chef de partie, ideally with solid experience gained producing cakes, tray bakes, scones, patisserie and pastries in high numbers. Or you might be a chef with some pastry experience and a real passion to learn and do more pastry work. The company operates a high volume fast paced day time restaurant. Experience as a pastry chef de partie/some pastry experience gained working in high volume bakeries, restaurants, contract catering operations A background producing cakes in high numbers Passion for pastry and cooking using all fresh ingredients A hands-on approach and willingness to learn PASTRY CHEF DE PARTIE - YOU WILL: Prepare, cook and bake to company recipes cakes, tray bakes, scones, patisserie and pastries Work alongside the senior chef and FOH teams Maintain high levels of cleanliness, organisation and kitchen safety measures Ensure all compliance, legislation and company systems & procedures are adhered to APPLY TODAY Please note: You must be resident in the UK and eligible to work.
