Maintenance Engineer

We have an extensive portfolio providing a comprehensive service with an emphasis on reliability & quality. We are currently recruiting fora Maintenance Engineer to joinour team. This role will work as part of a small hands on and professional maintenance team positioned within one of Londons most exclusive luxury establishments, located close to Green Park tube station. The responsibilities & requirements of the role of Maintenance Engineer are: To ensure equipment within the premises are functioning fully without faults or issues Carry out daily checks on all plant and equipment, identifying any faults and repairing or taking necessary action. Supervising and overseeing of all Sub-contractors that enter the premises who are carrying out planned or necessary work Demonstrate excellent multi trade maintenance skills Extremely strong communication skills with proficient written and verbal English Ability to work solo and part of a team, whilst making important decisions and prioritising workload. Great communication skills and being approachable, friendly, enthusiastic, willing to help others and be well presented at all times essentially Have a "Can Do" attitude! Requirement to be on 24hr Call Out, including weekends on a rota basis Must be able and willing to work overtime when asked on short notice The experience & qualifications required as Maintenance Engineer are: Significant experience in a similar position is essential. Experience of working in a large or multi-site hotel would be advantageous Good Knowledge in the following areas; Trend BMS, AHUs, HVACS, Fire Alarms, Emergency Lighting, Calorifiers and Boilers and all aspects of Electricals to the latest regulations. A full UK Driving Licence would be preferable but not essential.
