Chef de Partie

We are looking for a passionate , driven and energetic chef to join our dedicated, fun and fast paced kitchen team on a full time and permanent basis. Seventhwave is located in a popular visitor destination on the outskirts of Swanage and as such can be busy with a fast paced environment. We are open all round serving breakfast, lunches and all day treats alongside seasonal evening opening (mid July to mid September twice weekly) and a handful of evening functions throughout the year. We seat 115 covers inside and out and produce all meals in house from fresh ingredients and alongside our varied daily menu we offer meat, seafood and vegan specials.
