senior sous chef required for a Hotel and Restaurant in the Lake district, £38k basic tips/service of around £2k a year ( 40k package ). This is a fresh food kitchen, they have a small kitchen garden on site for some of the produce and the other produce comes from the local farms and suppliers. Senior sous chef, live in available (79 per week). The role As a Senior sous chef you will support the head chef in the running of the kitchen, you will ensure everything runs smoothly, help manage the team of over 10 chefs in the kitchen and the KP's. You will ensure each section is ready for service and cook in service on same days and run the pass when the head chef is off. This role covers all the standard duties of a senior sous chef. Expeirence We are looking for a senior sous chef with a fresh food background ar a sous chef or senior sous chef level. You will have good knife skills.
