Key Responsibilities: Menu Planning : Create menus that are both creative and profitable, considering seasonal ingredients and dietary requirements. Kitchen Management : Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring consistency and quality. Team Leadership : Manage, train, and motivate kitchen staff, promoting a positive work environment. Food Ordering and Inventory : Source high-quality ingredients, manage stock levels, and minimize waste. Quality Control : Monitor food quality, presentation, and safety standards. Customer Feedback : Handle customer complaints and feedback, resolving issues promptly.
