Head Chef - High-end, High Volume Restaurant - Pan-Asian - New Opening - Nottingham City Centre - up to £65,000 package Tonic is exclusively assisting our client with their search for a top-quality Head Chef to oversee all areas of the BOH operation in their new high-end, pan-Asian restaurant. Opening later this year in Nottingham City Centre, this will be one of the most high-profile openings in the city in 2025. What's in it for the successful Head Chef? This is a new opening (June/July 2025) with investment of close to £3million. Hence, we are looking for the best of the best. What experience are we looking for in the successful Head Chef? Proven experience as a Pan-Asian Head Chef within a site which actualises sales greater than £50,000 perweek net. A natural rapport builder who is an expert in leading and motivating their team A passion for and intricate knowledge of Asian food A natural understanding of managing the finances of the kitchen - cost of sales and labour AMRT1_UKCT
