Responsibilities: - Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with our restaurant's standards. - Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating new menu items. - Ensure the kitchen operates efficiently and maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. - Manage and train junior kitchen staff. - Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed. - Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-standard kitchen. - ?48hour a week contract - Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and processes. - Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
