You will lead the team in a hands on capacity producing and serving well constructed dishes prepared from fresh locally sourced, seasonal produce for a TDH Restaurant menu and terrace lounge/bar with more informal dining. As Head Chef you should have a solid hotel and/or restaurant background and a cv that shows good career progression with experience of all aspects of dining including wedding and event function trade.
