Restaurant Manager Salcombe Harbour Hotel & Spa 45 Hours a week £43.500 Bonus Plus Tips The Role We are looking for a passionate, hands on and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join our team at Harbour Hotel Salcombe, heading up our award winning restaurant The Jetty Salcombe. This is afull timeopportunity, offering very competitive salary, plus tips, company bonus and discounts across our 15 hotels. Overseeing our Food and Beverage team, you will use your excellent food & wine knowledge to be able to train, motivate & develop the team. Ideally bringing with you a few years restaurant management experience, gainedfrom a high end restaurant and experience of working within budget guidelines, having held responsibility for managing stock coupled with strong commercial acumen for increasing revenue and controlling costs. A passion for service excellence with a drive and determination to take the business forward is essential.
