Job Description
Sous Chef – New Opening We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef who has passion for cooking fresh British produce. As Sous Chef you will work with the Head Chef and GM in the daily running of this modern British pub which is currently undergoing a total refurbishment. As Sous Chef you will deputise for the Head chef on their days off ensuring food standards are maintained at all times. Situated in the beautiful village of Whichford. The site is currently closed for refurbishment looking to open its doors in July. The pub with serval seasonal British menu using all fresh and local produce with a seasonally changing menu. They also have 9 letting rooms and a spacious garden. The Person The successful Sous Chef will have the following: Experience in a restaurant or dining pub environment at Sous Chef level Must have experience in high end dining Ability to lead a team in the absence of the head chef.
