Assistant General Manager – New Opening We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Assistant General Manager who has passion and flair for all things hospitality. As Assistant General Manager you will work alongside the General Manager in this new dining pub which is currently undergoing a total refurbishment. Leading from the front you will get involved in the daily running of the business, supporting the GM and overseeing the shifts on a daily basis. Situated in the beautiful village of Whichford. The site is currently closed for refurbishment looking to open its doors in July. The pub with serval seasonal British menu using all fresh and local produce with a seasonally changing menu. They also have 9 letting rooms and a spacious garden. The Person The successful Assistant General Manager will have the following: Experience in a restaurant or dining pub environment at supervisor or Assistant manager level Ability to lead a team Confident with a true passion for hospitality Good wine knowledge is preferable Organised, passionate & driven Strong attention to detail Personable & engaging, ready to build a great rapport with all guests If you are an experienced Assistant General Manager with a premium background looking for a new and exciting role, apply today!
