About the Concept: Indochina Cuisine a bold, vibrant celebration of the diverse culinary heritage of Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia etc. The Role: You'll be at the helm of a passionate brigade of 7 in a 75-cover restaurant, open 5 days a week. Working closely with our Executive Chef, youll shape and lead the kitchen from pre-opening through to service excellence. What We're Looking For: A creative, organised senior chef with experience in Southeast Asian or contemporary Asian cuisine coming from a high quality restaurant background Someone ready to step up or with prior leadership experience A natural team leader with a strong understanding of kitchen operations and financials Why Join?
