Key Responsibilities: Supervision: Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage service, ensuring a seamless guest experience and high standards of service. Team Leadership: Train, motivate, and manage the food and beverage team, fostering a positive and collaborative environment. Guest Interaction: Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, handle inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly and effectively. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies to maintain optimal inventory for service. Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in all food service areas. What Were Looking For: Passionate individual with a strong commitment to excellent customer service. Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage sector. Ability to lead and inspire a team, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
