Job Description
My client is one of the most beautiful event hire destinations in Berkshire and they are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to lead their sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, targeting key market segments, and maximizing revenue across all hotel offerings including rooms, meetings, events, and catering. Ideally you will have Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a related hospitality sales role. Strong understanding of hospitality sales strategies and local market dynamics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to close deals and meet/exceed targets. Proficiency in hotel sales systems (e.g., Opera) is a plus. Preferred Skills: High level of initiative, motivation, and personal accountability. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative sales approaches.
