Having been open for a couple of years they are now entering a new phase and looking to push for awards and accolades. So, the Proprietor is now looking for a Deputy Manager to assist with the day to day running of the establishment. They have recently recruited a very talented Head Chef and are looking to take the restaurant to the next level. The menus change regularly to reflect the seasons and give the chefs plenty of opportunity to demonstrate their creative flair. To take the restaurant forward the proprietor would like to find an enthusiastic hospitality professional to work alongside and support them through this exciting period of growth.
