Exclusively Build High-End Waterfront Estates Excellent Benefits, growth opportunity and pipeline of work About Our Client Our Client is a General Contractor that has an impeccable reputation for delivery Luxury Home projects from $10M to $30M in Palm Beach County (Ground Up and Renovation). Job Description Project Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources. Tailor plans to meet the specific needs and expectations of high-end clients. Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Understand and incorporate client objectives and preferences into project execution. Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate a diverse team of architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure cohesive collaboration and project delivery. Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring accurate tracking of expenses and maintaining financial control while delivering value to clients. Quality Assurance: Implement stringent quality control measures to ensure that all construction meets luxury standards and adheres to local codes and regulations. Risk Management: Identify potential risks throughout the project timeline and develop strategies to mitigate said risks to prevent delays and budget overruns. Performance Monitoring: Continuously track project progress, prepare regular status reports, and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful project completion. Problem Solving: Address any issues that arise during construction swiftly, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 5 years of experience in project management within the luxury residential construction sector, with a focus on projects over $10M. Strong understanding of luxury home construction processes, materials, and design considerations. Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and timelines. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and analytical abilities, with attention to detail. Proficient in project management software Procore, Buildertrend, etc. PMP certification or equivalent project management credential is a plus.
