Job Description Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities for retail and restaurant Prior experience in builds like: ground up and interior commercial retail Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and labor to ensure efficient project progression. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Monitor project schedules and work with the project manager to adjust time lines as necessary. Conduct daily site inspections and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise. Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams, clients, and contractors. Ensure proper materials, tools, and equipment are available to meet project needs. Track progress and report project status, including any delays or changes, to the project manager. Enforce safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
