Tilt Up Construction Superintendent

A progressive, Commercial General Contractor is looking for a Superintendent Company has not laid anyone off in 25 years of business About Our Client We are a Santa Clarita-based general contractor specializing in commercial construction , with a primary focus on quick serve restaurants, retail spaces, and light industrial projects . With a growing pipeline of work in the Santa Clarita and Lancaster area, we are seeking a skilled Tilt Up Construction Superintendent to take the lead on our upcoming tilt-up project in Lancaster and continue to grow with our team. Job Description Lead field operations from groundbreaking through project completion Manage subcontractors, materials, schedules, and inspections Enforce job site safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance Track and maintain project progress, reporting daily to the project manager Coordinate site logistics, equipment, and deliveries Identify and resolve issues proactively to avoid delays or cost overruns Serve as the primary on-site liaison with clients, inspectors, and vendors MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
