Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Client Relationship Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining long-term relationships with our clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and delivering a smooth, premium experience throughout the wedding planning journey. You will act as a key point of contact between clients and our internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Understand client expectations and ensure their needs are met at every stage of the planning process Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams (design, planning, sales) Provide timely updates, resolve concerns, and ensure consistent communication Handle changes or escalations with professionalism and problem-solving ability Ensure a high-quality, personalised client experience aligned with the Maritus brand Maintain accurate records of communication and feedback. Contribute to overall client satisfaction and retention strategies Required Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 3 years of experience in client servicing or relationship management (wedding/event/hospitality industry preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email correspondence, and basic CRM tools Fluency in English, Malayalam & Hindi preferred.
