We’re hiring an Implementation Specialist to join a leading global hospitality brand. In this role, you’ll take ownership of system implementation projects across hotels worldwide—delivering training, configuring systems, troubleshooting on site, and ensuring a smooth go-live experience. What you’ll do: Liaise with hotel teams to plan and coordinate on-site activities Build system databases and set up hardware/network Lead classroom training and provide go-live support Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with internal/external support teams Ensure smooth system interfacing and on-site communication What we’re looking for: Experience in system or software implementation in the hospitality industry Confident in delivering in-person training to staff Comfortable with tech setup (hardware, network, database config) Strong communication, organisation, and troubleshooting skills Willingness and ability to travel internationally (80-90%) Would you like to work with one of the world’s most recognisable hospitality brands?
