Head Chef New opening in Covent Garden

We are looking for a Head Chef that will lead the opening of a new restaurant and serving authentic Street Vietnamese cuisine in Central London (Covent Garden). We already have a strong reputation established in Hong Kong, and now opening our first overseas restaurant in London The opening will take place in September 2025, and we need a Head Chef to start sooner and help to: create the suppliers list, help to set up the kitchen, new dishes creation, and build the team for the opening. Its not essential for the ideal Head Chef to be experienced in Vietnamese cuisine, as long as you have some knowledge of Asian cuisine and ingredients. What we are looking for instead! Is a Head Chef with a proven experience in leading and managing a kitchen team and play a key role in launching and establishing the restaurant as a go-to destination. The Head Chef will receive a basic salary up to £60,000 per year, plus other benefits to be discussed at the interview stage. This is an exciting opportunity for a Head Chef that wants to bring his/her vision and expertise to a vibrant new restaurant opening.
