Senior Waiter/Waitress We are looking to appoint a well presented and service focused Senior Waiter in The Colony Grill Room. Using your service instincts, you will always be looking for opportunities to surprise our guests with genuine care and attention whilst enhancing future visits by the effective use of guest profiling. You will also be able to operate under pressure to deliver the best possible experience to every guest whilst working with a smile at all times. Our ideal candidate will: Experience in a high volume restaurant. Ensure that the customers dining experience is one to remember. Maintain a high profile during service whilst being polite and helpful. Smile and maintain eye contact with customers. Provide prompt, unobtrusive, attentive service. Maintain high standards of personal appearance, always wearing the full, correct and clean uniform. Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene.
