Monitor kitchen equipment for proper functioning and arrange repairs as needed. Skills Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, with a strong understanding of culinary techniques. Proficiency in food preparation and production processes, with an emphasis on quality control. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen environment. Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a diverse team of cooks and kitchen staff. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with team members and management.
