The venue blends high standards of service with a lively, design-led environment and requires someone who thrives on pace, presence, and people. Youll be a key part of daily operations, supporting the General Manager in delivering smooth service, strong team culture, and consistently excellent guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily operations across restaurant and bar service Motivate, guide and develop a confident front-of-house team Ensure service runs smoothly during peak hours and late nights Support recruitment, onboarding, scheduling and team training Maintain clear communication between floor, bar, and kitchen Actively contribute to creating an energised, guest-focused environment What Were Looking For: Previous experience as an AGM in a busy, high volume and premium venue Strong leadership with a calm and polished floor presence A hands-on approach to service, operations, and team development Able to manage volume with confidence and precision Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends AMRT1_UKCT
