Boasting 2 AA Rosettes, charming boutique bedrooms, and a thriving on-site market garden, this gastropub offers a kitchen that values quality, creativity, and fresh, seasonal produce. As a Breakfast Chef, youll take charge of delivering a standout morning menu, setting the tone for an exceptional day. Youll be running your section confidently, creating dishes that highlight the very best ingredients and provide guests with a memorable start to their day. Youll be wondering whats in it for you as a Breakfast Chef £31,200 per annum plus £5,000 service charge Live-in accommodation available at £40 per week Working 40 hours per week Being part of a passionate team from the very beginning Excellent training and clear progression opportunities Responsibilities as a Breakfast Chef Managing the breakfast kitchen section, consistently producing dishes to a high quality Using the freshest seasonal ingredients, including produce from the on-site market garden Supporting the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service and excellent food quality Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and kitchen organisation Assisting with stock rotation, daily prep, and sharing ideas to enhance the breakfast offering This is a brilliant chance to develop your skills in a respected, ambitious gastropub kitchen where innovation and teamwork are celebrated.
