Chef de Partie – Exciting New Opening | Modern Brasserie | £35K Up to £10K Tronc | Immediate Start We are seeking experienced Chef de Parties to join a brand-new brasserie opening in Central London — a modern British-American concept focused on open-fire cooking, surf & turf classics, and bold seasonal flavours. You'll be working alongside a Michelin-starred chef in a dynamic open kitchen, delivering high-quality dishes using the best of British produce. This is a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on teamwork, consistency, and quality. The Role Prepare and cook dishes using premium, seasonal ingredients and brand-new equipment Operate in a high-spec, open kitchen serving up to 90 covers per service Join a skilled brigade of 20 chefs Approx. 48–50 hours per week Closed every Monday Immediate start available £35,000 salary Up to £10,000 per year in tronc Candidate Profile Background in Michelin star, 5-star luxury hotels, or high-end members' clubs Confident working with premium ingredients and from-scratch preparation Strong organisational skills and composure under pressure Passion for open-fire techniques and bold, ingredient-led cooking Reliable, professional, and ready to start immediately This is a rare opportunity to help launch a standout new concept and work under a respected chef at the top of their game.
