Practice Overview: Facility Type: Dual-site inpatient psychiatric hospital Level of Care: Inpatient psychiatry with consults at affiliated campus Team Composition: 3 Psychiatrists, 10 Advanced Practice Providers Beds: 28-bed adult unit and 8-bed adolescent unit Average Daily Census: 26 patients Daily Provider Volume: Up to 36 patients shared among 3 psychiatrists Support Services: Nursing, pharmacy, therapy, discharge planning, social work ?? Schedule Details: Workdays: Monday–Friday or flexible 7-day coverage model Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Call: 1:3 rotation, daytime only (8a–5p) Shift Lengths: 8-hour clinical shifts ??
