A leading architecture and engineering firm is seeking a Licensed Civil Engineer to join their growing team in Trevose, PA. Key Responsibilities Project & Technical Leadership Lead and manage engineering projects from kickoff to completion Conduct detailed site inspections and forensic evaluations Develop and review construction drawings, technical specifications, and contractor submittals Respond to RFIs, evaluate contractor applications, and support the construction process Coordinate cross-discipline efforts with internal engineering and architectural teams Client & Team Coordination Serve as a primary liaison for property owners, contractors, and consultants Present findings and recommendations in meetings, site visits, and written reports Provide mentorship and technical support to junior engineers and design staff ✅ Required Qualifications Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Civil Engineering 5 years of experience with residential, multi-family, or low-rise commercial buildings Proven background in existing building renovations , rehabilitation , or forensic assessments Familiarity with retail centers , recreational facilities , park structures , or playgrounds Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Proficiency in AutoCAD , Revit , or similar design tools Strong verbal and written communication skills Valid U.S. driver’s license and willingness to conduct field visits OSHA-10 Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) ➕ Bonus Experience Knowledge of wood-frame construction and deck/framing design Familiarity with AIA contract documents Confidence in client-facing roles and ability to manage projects autonomously Ready to Take the Next Step?
