As they continue to grow, we are seeking a driven and experienced General Superintendent to join their leadership team. Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and direction to project superintendents and field personnel Oversee scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation across multiple job sites Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and OSHA compliance Monitor construction progress and quality control Resolve field issues in collaboration with project managers and clients Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors Participate in pre-construction planning and project close-out processes Uphold and promote Connor & Gaskin’s core values and standards of excellence Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 5 in a supervisory or superintendent role Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar projects from ground-up to close-out Strong knowledge of construction safety protocols, methods, and materials Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project) Ability to travel as needed to support projects What They Offer: Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Vehicle allowance and travel reimbursement Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays A collaborative and forward-thinking company culture Apply now to find out more!
