UI/UX Designer

We're looking for an entrepreneurial, passionate, and driven UI / UX Designer to join Startup Gala Intelligence backed by Navneet Tech Ventures , as our technical co-pilot. As we're building our technology platform from scratch, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape our technology vision and culture right from the ground up. You’ll directly contribute to foundational development and establish best practices, while eventually building and leading our engineering team. What you'll do: End-to-End Design Ownership: Lead the entire design process—from discovery, research, wireframing, and prototyping to delivering pixel-perfect UI designs. User-Centric Approach: Understand user needs deeply through research, interviews, and feedback to inform design decisions. UI Design: Create clean, modern, and responsive designs for web and mobile applications (iOS and Android). UX Design: Design intuitive flows and interactions that simplify complex processes, improving usability and efficiency. Design Systems: Build and maintain a scalable design system, including components, style guides, and patterns that ensure consistency. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and founders to translate business requirements into functional, elegant design solutions. Feedback & Iteration: Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to refine designs continually and improve user experience. Handoff to Development: Prepare detailed design specifications and assets for developers, ensuring seamless implementation. Who you are: Technical Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX design for consumer tech products or SaaS platforms. Proven experience designing for mobile (iOS/Android) and responsive web applications. Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving through design. Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator or similar. Understanding of user-centered design, UX research methods, and accessibility standards. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
