Assistant Sales Manager

Responsibilities Meet and exceed sales targets Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers Tracking sales performance against targets and identifying areas for improvement. Preparing and presenting sales reports to management. Analyzing competitor rates and market trends. Attending industry events and trade shows to promote the hotel. Maintaining and updating sales and marketing databases. Qualifications 3-4 years' carrying sales experience Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota Strong written and verbal communication skills
