Job Highlights: Basic Salary: Up to $7,000/month (commensurate with experience) Work Location: Islandwide (Assigned based on business needs) Commission Flexi Benefits Insurance Coverage Attractive Staff Discounts and Career Progression Opportunities Key Responsibilities: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of store team members in collaboration with HR and Training departments. Manage store manpower, staff scheduling, absenteeism, and turnover. Support and develop individual team members’ career growth and training plans. Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring operational efficiency and high service standards. Drive store sales, set clear KPIs, and lead team briefings to align daily goals. Monitor sales performance and initiate corrective actions when needed. Ensure smooth execution of in-store promotions, gift wrapping, product launches, and key campaigns. Maintain excellent customer engagement and satisfaction by leading through example. Job Requirements: Minimum 6 years of experience in store operations and sales management , with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role . Background in retail, FMCG, or hospitality industry is preferred. Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Passionate about the beauty industry and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
