The ideal candidate will come from a strong Pub & restaurant background and be passionate about Food & Beverage and must have sound knowledge about rooms. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced General Manager to work in an award-winning, critically acclaimed group. The Leicester Arms, Penshurst, Kent, TN11 8BT - Brand new site following a multi-million-pound refurbishment - State-of-the-art bar, kitchen, and working cellar - Full refurbishment of interiors, exteriors, bedrooms, and garden - 11 beautifully appointed boutique bedrooms - Aim to achieve Michelin Bib Gourmand, Estrella Top Gastro Pubs, Good Food Guide, and more IDEAL CANDIDATE WE ARE LOOKING FOR: - Extensive experience in fine dining establishments with a focus on BEDROOMS - Expertise in crafting and curating beverage menus that complement the sites high standards - Lead, mentor, and develop the bar team, ensuring consistency and excellence in service delivery - Foster a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement within the bar staff - Design innovative, seasonal drink menus that highlight the restaurant's ethos and culinary offerings - Minimum of Level 2 WSET qualification or similar - Deep passion for great drinks, including cocktails, wines, and craft beers - Manage bar-related costs, ensuring financial targets are met without compromising on quality - Monitor inventory and optimise supply chains to minimise waste and maximise profitability AMRT1_UKCT
