Job Description Evaluate drawings and specifications to ensure the project / assigned scope is meets contractual obligations Create, maintain, and execute safety protocol Create and maintain the Crisis Management Plan Manage Labor Production and other Daily Reports Create, maintain, and execute the Site Utilization, Logistics, and Phasing Plans Establish, communicate, and implement the schedule for assigned area of responsibility with the ability to monitor and update schedules for progress Set priorities, pre-plan activities, and communicate expectations with field employees and/or subcontractors Supervise craft field employees or subcontractors to achieve schedule, profit, productivity, quality, and safety objectives Perform field engineering functions when needed Analyze construction problems and develop practical alternative solutions MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
