Description: Primarily responsible for applying the nursing process to the care of veteran patients undergoing surgical procedures in the operating room. This includes ensuring that appropriate documentation reflects assessment of patient needs, interdisciplinary treatment plans, clinical intervention, and evaluation of patients' responses to treatments.
