Ideal candidates will have adequate experience and a proven ability to proactively manage teams, especially during stressful seasonal peaks. We seek a positive individual with strong problem-solving skills, highly customer-focused, understanding that guest experience depends on both the location and the staff. Responsibilities include: Premise management, reporting directly to the General Manager. Overseeing onboarding processes, HR management, performance, and results, with support from the Group HR Department. Minimum requirements: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Mandatory proficiency in English; German language skills are preferred. Good knowledge of office software.
