GigPig City Maestro (Field Sales - New Business) Base Salary: £24-28K Bonus: Uncapped performance bonus (realistic OTE £45K) Reporting to: Founder and CRO Driving license essential THE MISSION We’re building a national network of City Maestros, local experts who live and breathe their hospitality scenes. As a GigPig Maestro, you’ll own your patch: walking into every venue, meeting every decision-maker, and converting venues onto the GigPig platform. 100% focused on new business you are GigPig’s sales engine on the ground. About GigPig: GigPig is a live music marketplace giving venues of all sizes unparalleled access to local artists and the tools they need to seamlessly book and manage live music. GigPig provides artists with a free platform to find, play and get paid for gigs, with complete control over when, where and how much they are paid. Founded in 2022, GigPig is fast becoming the definitive live music platform for venues, artists and UK cities. The platform currently supports more than 12,000 artists and over 2000 venues nationwide to facilitate over 2000 gigs per week across the UK. WHAT YOU’LL DO Be the face of GigPig in your area: You know every pub, bar, club, hotel, rooftop, beer garden and restaurant. Build trusted relationships with GMs, owners and operators. New Business Only: Your sole focus is bringing new venues onto GigPig, fast and regularly. You’ll be targeted on adding venues that generate at least £600 per month in new bookings. No account management or admin, you sell, handover, and move on to the next one. Create local momentum: Map your territory, hunt opportunities, walk your patch daily. Build visibility from neighbourhood independents to trend-led groups. City expert: Stay ahead of hospitality openings, operator moves, local nightlife trends. Your network becomes your best sales asset. Pitch like a pro: You’ll master the GigPig story and convert fast. Execute a consultative, value-driven sales approach using SPIN & SMART selling. Handovers, not handholding: You sell, onboarding team takes over, you move on to the next win WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Experience in field sales, on-trade, hospitality or events Comfortable walking into venues daily and selling face-to-face Self-starter with an entrepreneurial approach, you drive your own patch Passionate about live music, nightlife and hospitality culture Highly confident communicator with sharp negotiation skills Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced startup environment Commercially sharp, with a go beyond mentality This is not a 9-5, you will be expected to be out and about in the evenings and weekends when required WHY JOIN GIGPIG?
