Senior Restaurant Manager / Assistant General Manager – Premium Middle Eastern Hummus Concept (Knightsbridge) - New Opening OTE £45,000–£50,000 | 5 Days | 45 Hours per Week We’re looking for a confident and experienced Senior Restaurant Manager or Assistant General Manager to help open and lead a 22-cover, boutique hummus concept located within Harrods - one of the most iconic luxury retail destinations in the world. This beautifully curated space will offer a refined, authentic take on Middle Eastern cuisine. It's small in size but rich in cultural depth, with a focus on warm, generous hospitality and dishes that celebrate tradition with elegant simplicity. What We’re Looking For: Proven leadership experience in a high-end, service-driven environment A passion for Middle Eastern or Levantine food and culture A hands-on, people-focused manager who can inspire a small team (5–6 staff) Arabic or Lebanese-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply Excellent guest interaction skills and an eye for detail The Role: Lead daily operations and guest experience Manage and support a close-knit team Report to the Operations Director 45 hours per week across 5 days Opening hours: 12:00–23:30 If you're passionate about genuine hospitality, food rooted in tradition, and leading with care and confidence, we’d love to hear from you.
