Your Role: You will work within a vibrant team, collaborating closely with business owners committed to your success and growth. Responsibilities Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and build relationships. Utilise CRM and to manage candidate information efficiently. Leverage LinkedIn for recruitment marketing and outreach. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions. Maintain accurate records in CRM and other relevant systems to track recruitment progress. Foster strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
