Architect with Proficiency in Rhino - Luxury UAE Hotel Project

An international architecture and design practice is seeking a highly skilled Architect to join it's London studio. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design and delivery of a landmark luxury hotel project in the UAE. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a world-class hospitality scheme with a focus on innovation, quality, and international design excellence. Please note this opportunity is based full time in the office. Responsibilities Work on the architectural design development of a luxury hotel project in the UAE Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external consultants across design stages Produce and manage detailed 3D models and technical documentation Liaise directly with clients and stakeholders with the support of the Project Director to communicate design intent and ensure project alignment Mentor junior team members and support a collaborative, design-led studio environment Requirements Fully qualified Part III Architect (ARB/RIBA or equivalent) Significant experience in the design and delivery of international luxury hospitality projects Strong design sensibility with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality hotel work Advanced proficiency in Rhino is essential, Revit preferable Excellent communication, coordination, and project leadership skills Understanding of international hotel brand standards is advantageous but not essential Eligibility to work in the UK Staff Benefits Competitive salary with annual performance review Generous holiday allowance plus studio closure during the festive period Support for professional development and CPD Collaborative studio culture with regular social and design events
