RN, LPN, CMA For Pediatric Office

Job Description Job Description We are seeking an RN, LPN, and CMA to join our team! We are a well-established growing Pediatric Practice in Falmouth, MA, seeking compassionate and dedicated healthcare professionals to join our team. Pediatric experience is not required and we will train for the position. New grads are encouraged to apply Responsibilities: Assist Providers in a Pediatric Office setting. Administer vaccines and medications Perform vital signs and patient assessments Maintain accurate medical records using EMR system Support front desk and triage as needed Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members Qualifications: Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields Familiarity with medical software and equipment Ability to build rapport with patients Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Company Description Bramblebush Pediatrics is a family oriented work environment. The practice is very busy at times but our staff supports each other form the Front Desk to the Providers. This is a private practice owned by 2 providers and are part of Boston Children's Physician Organization. We care about children as we are caring for children.
