Graduate Engineer

From large-scale industrial projects to preliminary feasibility studies, our goal is to provide value through creative and cost-effective design solutions. We currently have 4 locations across Texas and growing: Houston, The Woodlands, Austin and San Antonio. Responsibilities As a Graduate Engineer in our Houston office, you will: Prepare proposals, scopes of work and contract cost estimates and requires an understanding of multi-disciplinary team coordination Devises alternative approaches and solutions to problems Engineering planning, analysis, design, estimating, contracting, project management, construction and delivery phases. Building and maintaining relationships between project teams and collaborating to ensure that technical, quality, cost and client requirements are implemented Coordinating with outside sub-consultants, as needed Preparing a range of reports to communicate project information to team members, clients, and other stakeholders Works closely with project team The candidate will handle multiple simultaneous projects, within a multi-disciplinary team Maintain regular and prompt attendance at WGA Houston office Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or other related engineering discipline EIT license required; or able to receive within 6-months of employment EEO STATEMENT WGA LLC is committed to providing equal opportunity to all qualified applicants and its employees.
