Roles & Responsibilities: As a Stretch Therapist / Mobility Trainer, you will be the heart of the client experience. Your primary focus will be to deliver exceptional, personalized care that helps our clients achieve their mobility and wellness goals. Deliver Personalized Sessions: Provide high-quality, 1-on-1 assisted stretch and corrective exercise sessions, continually adapting programs based on client progress and safety guidelines. Client-Centric Care: Consistently put our customers first, going above and beyond to personalize their experiences and ensure they meet their goals. Build & Retain Client Relationships: Actively engage with new leads to schedule appointments via phone and email. Utilize strong sales skills to drive Peake Movement membership growth and foster strong relationships to retain current clientele. Maintain Excellence: Consistently display Peake's core values: treating others like family, honesty, respect, serving others with enthusiasm, and teamwork. Maintain all necessary certifications and adhere to company policies and safety rules. Continuous Learning: Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations to continually enhance your skills and knowledge in stretching, mobility, and bodywork. Reporting: Report directly to the Operations Director, providing updates on client progress, sales, and operational needs. Who We're Looking For We're seeking individuals who embody our passion for movement and client success. Required Qualifications: Certification: Must be certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) or actively working towards certification. Passion for Wellness: A genuine love for the boutique wellness environment, with a strong interest in stretching, mobility, and bodywork. Hands-on Experience: Proven experience working in a fitness or health environment where you provided hands-on training with clients. Exceptional Communicator: Fantastic communication skills with an innate ability to connect with people and exude empathy. Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to engage potential clients, explain service value, and effectively close sales to build and grow a client base. Client-Focused: A deep passion for helping individuals achieve their health and movement goals. Professional & Reliable: Possess a strong professional work ethic, be reliable, and consistently adhere to attendance policies. Preferred Backgrounds: Personal/Athletic Trainer PT Technician Massage Therapist Pilates/Yoga Instructor Individuals with an applied science degree (e.g., Exercise Science, Strength & Conditioning) Compensation & Benefits We value our team members and offer a competitive package designed to reward your dedication and performance.
