Associate Attorney/Lawyer- Commercial Litigation (West Palm Beach)

Responsibilities of the Litigation Associate: Efficiently and competently research legal issues Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda of law, discovery requests and responses, legal correspondence, etc. Attend court appearances in Florida state and federal courts Communicate clearly both orally and in writing to colleagues and clients Requirements for the Litigation Associate: 1 - 7 years of litigation experience at a commercial litigation law firm Licensed to practice law in Florida required; admission in Florida Federal Court a plus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-service-driven law firm setting Compensation The salary range for this role is $150,000 to $250,000 or more. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials and location. In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is also provided.
